highlights and lowlights of reading

This year I only liked reading 1 book. That book was called Bud not Buddy. That book really got my attention because it had a lot of action and it was very funny. Every time I read a part of that book a picture came to my head. The other books I am reading this year don't really catch my attention. Usually when a book doesn't catch my attention i have trouble understanding what's happening and how to explain the book to someone else. The independent reading book i am reading right now is Scorpia. Scorpia is not as interesting and sometimes I have to go read a paragraph over like 3 times just to understand what is going on. I think doing the next reading journal will really be a challenge.
